Security of Data
Maair Ventures takes nothing more seriously than our clients’
security. We are rigorous and unrelenting on their behalf
from our physical facilities to every aspect of data protection.
The secure infrastructure is supported by redundant and robust
telecommunications links, resilient operation strategy and
state-of-the-art networking. We also offer our clients an
option to reside applications on their server, monitor the
offshore network and maintain a PIX firewall. We perform frequent
onsite and offsite data backups. At our production center,
all equipment is physically inspected and guarded by login
IDs and passwords. No employee is allowed to copy or alter
data files; all floppy, CD and USB drives are disabled at
workstations.
Communication
We make extensive use of technology to communicate with our
clients. Through the use of the telephone, internet, email,
and instant messaging, every member of the Maair team is virtually
in the "office next door", available to provide
immediate assistance. Each workstation is equipped with a
direct US telephone line and our conference room has video-conferencing
capabilities.

selective recruiting process that screens applicants through
multiple aptitude tests and a series of interviews brings
our acceptance rate to less than 1% of all applicants; this
allows us to recruit some of the smartest analysts in this
