Maair follows an extensive and vigorous
recruitment process utilizing world-class best practices at
each stage from identifying the requirements to actual placement.
We maintain a database of thousands of resumes but our hiring
methodology is client specific and very thorough. Our acceptance
ratio is less than 1% of all applicants. Clients who require
specific skills for analysts must allow 5 - 7 weeks from the
time we receive a retainer fee to fill a position (s).
Our approach for client specific hires is as follows
o Research and prepare comprehensive recruitment
plan (One week)
o Prepare introduction e-mail and job description that
is to be shared with prospective candidates
o Prepare level one and level two interview questionnaire
& written tests (if applicable)
o Identify matching and interested candidates (One week)
o Resume sourcing and screening based on education, skill-set
and overall experience |
