Muneeb Idrees -Founder

Muneeb is responsible for day to day operations, and for
overseeing and directing Maair Ventures towards achieving
its strategic business and technology goals. Prior to co-founding
Maair Ventures, Muneeb worked for SNL Financial in the Bank
and Thrift Group. He has also worked for Bear Stearns in
the Investment Banking Leveraged Finance Group. Muneeb graduated
in Economics from the University of Virginia.
Shamoun Idrees -President

Spearheading Program Management, Shamoun is responsible for
ensuring successful execution of client engagements and business
development in the engineering and technology sectors. Shamoun
has over 8 years experience in Project and Program Management
in New Product Development and Continuing/Sustaining Engineering
for the Consumer Electronics industry. He has worked for Bose
Corporation in Home Entertainment Product Development, and
prior to that worked for Ericsson Inc. in Cellular Telephone
Product Development. Shamoun attended University of Florida
where he majored in Engineering.
Sidharth Haksar -Co-Founder

Sidharth is responsible for overseeing corporate strategy
and new business development. In addition to his responsibilities
at Maair Ventures, Sidharth currently works at General Atlantic,
a $10 billion technology focused private equity firm. Sidharth
previously worked in Citigroup's Structured Finance practice
as well as having spent two years in their Credit Cards group.
Sidharth is a graduate of Whittier College, CA. wherein he
studied Economics and Mathematics. Sidharth also studied at
the London School of Economics.

Idrees advises Maair Ventures on developmental projects.
Idrees brings over 30 years of experience in consulting for
the Electronics Industry and Government projects. He started
and later retired as Director General from the National Institute
of Electronics in Islamabad Pakistan; an organization deemed
a hallmark in the engineering and technology sector in Pakistan
with of over 400 employees. Idrees is an engineer by profession
and attended Harvard University and the University of Engineering
and Technology Lahore.
