with Maair Ventures in early 2005 to perform data collection
and financial analysis. The company provides industry specific
financial coverage that requires analysts to mine data from
SEC filings, standardize the data and perform basic financial
analysis. The client’s repute with equity investors
binged on the quality and speed at which the financials could
be collected, checked and formatted according to specific
guidelines.
Maair Ventures initially assigned three analysts to the project.
We worked with the client to document procedures and guidelines
before they initiated real-time work for the client. As we
built our trust, the dedicated team expanded to 10, then 30,
and today over 100 analysts at our facility.
